Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/28/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel 16648474 CFV APPLICANTS MUST HAVE: 1 year Certified Home Care experience 1 year Case Management Experience Current licensure in the state of Massachusetts Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Must be willing to work weekends/holidays/on call in accordance with department need/rotation. Weekend rotations are once every 6 weeks.
