Job Description MedCadre is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery Level I for a travel nursing job in Winchester, Massachusetts. Roles and Responsibilities: - Monitor and assess mothers and fetuses during labor and delivery. - Assist with vaginal and cesarean births, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety. - Administer medications, IVs, and manage pain relief options. - Recognize and respond to complications (e.g., fetal distress, hemorrhage). - Educate and support mothers and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care. - Document patient care accurately and coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams. - Maintain current licensure and certifications (BLS, NRP; ACLS/PALS preferred).
