Completes assessments, performs treatments, administers appropriate drug therapies, observes patient's progress, records responses/reactions to interventions, and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness. Works collaboratively with the patient, the patient's family/significant others, and all members of the health care team to achieve the expected outcomes.Job Description:PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS:Job Description:RN, Adult/Pediatric - Med Surg - 12 Hours, Rotating Days/NightsJob Description:Under the mission to provide all patients a voice while delivering community hospital compassion with high-quality personalized care, as a Registered Nurse for our Adult/Pediatric -Med Surg Team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomesQualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtain BSN within 5 years of hire
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
