Planet Healthcare is seeking a travel Vascular Sonographer for a travel job in Melrose, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements

• Employment Type: Travel Vascular Ultrasound Tech Needed (RVT)
  3+ years of experience needed
  ---BLS & ARDMS (RDMS, RDCS, or RVT) required
  --- During training they would do some day shifts to see more exams/protocols and then train on evenings.
  --- We would ask them to take some overnight call as well. The number of shifts depends on the month and how many shifts our per diem staff takes. It's usually around 3, but I try to make it less, since it's a traveler, as much as possible.
  --- Exams they need to be familiar with are:
  o Upper and Lower extremity DVT
  o Abdomen
  o Appendix
  o Pelvic/ Gyn
  o 1st Trimester OB
  o 3rd Trimester OB- BPP, EFW/size, Cord doppler, AFI, Placental abruption, multiples (Twins, etc)
  o Basic Pediatrics like appendix or abdomen
  o Scrotal
  o Thyroid
