Job Description:

An Outpatient Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Physician Associate for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located in Nantucket, Massachusetts. This is a flexible full-time role, MondayFriday from 8 AM to 6 PM with a 30-minute lunch, with the option to work four 10-hour shifts. Occasional weekend shifts (8 AM4 PM) may be required. The daily patient load is 2030, primarily adults but includes all ages. Candidates must have an MA license, DEA, BLS, and be fully COVID vaccinated (no exemptions). Credentialing takes about one month if expedited, typically delayed by reference collection. The role involves standard urgent care (bread and butter) responsibilities with no supervisory duties. Urgent care experience is preferred.
