Mass General Brigham is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment in Nantucket, Massachusetts.
**Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Internal Resource Pool (IRP) for a 13-week assignment in Nantucket, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of RN experience and a BSN degree.

  Responsibilities:

  • Provide competent, compassionate patient- and family-centered nursing care based on scientific principles and the use of the nursing process and interdisciplinary teamwork.
    
  • Identify, plan, and implement nursing interventions, facilitate, and evaluate outcomes of nursing care for an individual patient or group of patients.
    
  • Coordinate involvement of the patient, family, and health team members in patient care, including patient/family education, teaching, and discharge planning.
    
  • Document relevant patient data/information.
    
  • Communicate the plan of care and other pertinent information to/from other health care team members.
    
  • Participate in daily operational activities necessary for safe patient/staff environment.
