ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
--- Must have a passion for helping seniors
--- Past performance review must be Satisfactory or higher
--- Must maintain good standing during course
--- Must commit to working a minimum of 24 hours during the "CNA Residency Program"
--- Cannot have coaching & counseling's on file within the past 6 months
--- Required to stay employed with Maplewood one year after successful completion of course > If you leave Maplewood within the 1-year period after receiving license, you may be required to pay back the full cost of tuition (up to $1,200)
