Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Skilled
Nursing Center + Shift Differentials 3pm-11pm Part-Time Walk-Ins

Island Rd, West Yarmouth, MA The starting rate for LPN is $40 and
for RN is $43 with shift differentials ranging from $1 to $6 per
hour more. The rate will depend on shift, day of the week,
location, experience, and prior tenure with Maplewood/Inspir

full-time employees The RN/LPN assists and supports the Director of
Nursing services with the overall implementation, delivery, and
coordination of nursing services in the community. Primary
Responsibilities:
- Supervising C.N.A's to ensure quality care is provided at all
times
- Administration of medication, skilled nursing assessments,
provide treatments
- Processes competency in foley catheters, picc lines, feeding
tubes, wound care
- Skilled care documentation,
- Communicating proactively with residents, families, staff,
physicians and outside providers
Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:
- RN/LPN currently licensed to practice in the State of
Massachusetts
- Two years full time or full time equivalent clinical
experience
- Experience and/or special interest working with older
adults
- Able to perform tasks which may be physically demanding such as
pushing, bending and lifting up to 50lbs.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with
residents, their families, peers and other staff members
- In good physical and emotional health and free of communicable
diseases Maplewood Senior Living conducts pre-employment screening
including background check, drug screening and reference checks.
Due to Department of Public Health requirements, all candidates
will be required to show valid proof of full vaccination for
COVID-19 (1 st vaccine, 2 nd vaccine, and booster) before
commencing work, unless they receive an approved exemption from
Maplewood. Those who do not obtain full vaccination and booster
within that time frame, without an approved exemption, will be
terminated. Education Required
