About this role: The ABA Behavior Therapist works in home- and community-based settings to implement evidence-based behavioral and skills programming under the supervision of a BCBA/LABA. We are seeking motivated candidates who are committed to providing quality services that promote socially significant outcomes for the clients and families they serve. Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with both daytime and afternoon/evening hours available. On-site training provided in our Foxboro office. This position is eligible for a $2000.00 sign-on bonus. In this role, you'll get to: Assess client skills and behaviors Provide intensive behavioral intervention to clients and support to their families Implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols, based on the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Accurately record and graph behavioral data Maintain client documentation and protect the confidentiality of all clients served Participate in all required meetings and professional development opportunities We are looking for people who: At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with autism is required Preferred Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field of study Strong communication skills required Exhibits significant reliable habits, including timeliness and organizational skills Other experience, certificates, or qualifications as required by state Know how to respond to negative behaviors appropriately Have a strong interest in autism and/or Applied Behavior Analysis The required pre-employment checks for this role are: Criminal Offender Record information (CORI) check Public Driving Record check The interview process for this role includes: a brief phone screen with Talent Acquisition; a phone interview with the hiring manager; 1-2 team interviews; and a 2 hour experiential ride-along to see a day in the life.
