Enjoy prestigious island living on this National Historic Landmark district with pristine beaches, boating, festivals, cultural arts, and only a short distance from historic Boston.The Position:The Nurse Manager, Dialysis Services and Med/Surg Unit is responsible for assuring competent, compassionate, individualized inpatient nursing care for patients and families provided by the staff, including but not limited to registered nurses, medical assistants, licensed practical nurses, dialysis techs, and other allied health staff he/she manages. The Nurse Manager provides leadership in practice to ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective care, throughout the management and evaluation of clinical staff, including but not limited to nursing functions, i.e. triage, infection control, and patient education. The incumbent will have the ability to analyze, interpret and present information, as well as make timely sound decisions.
