Manager, US who understands that growth does not emerge from
strategy alone. It comes from presence in the market, credibility

This role is for a senior leader from the CRO, Life Sciences, or
Regulatory Consulting environment who leads from the front—someone
who understands that meaningful growth is built through
relationships, trust, and timely decisions. You will be expected to
engage directly with clients, partners, and teams. To create
momentum where others wait. To recognize that every conversation
can move an innovation closer to patients. If you believe that

You will take personal ownership of business development as a
leadership responsibility. Build and sustain senior relationships
across biotech, pharma, medtech, and investor communities Position
VCLS as a trusted partner for organizations navigating complexity,
speed, and regulatory clarity Drive US market momentum while
connecting local impact to global capability Turn Strategy Into
Execution You will shape direction—and ensure it translates into
measurable results. Define and operationalize the US growth
strategy Drive performance, accountability, and sustainable
commercial outcomes Ensure consulting excellence keeps pace with
the urgency of client missions Partner with global leadership to
share capability, scale learning, and strengthen delivery Lead

conversation. Requirements Qualifications Senior leader with a
proven track record in Life Sciences consulting, regulatory
strategy, clinical development, or adjacent fields. Demonstrated
success in business development and strategic client acquisition at
the C-suite level. Well-established network within US Biotech,
MedTech, Pharma, and investment communities. Strategic thinker
capable of shaping market positioning and growth strategy.
Inspirational people leader who has built, coached, and retained
high-performing teams in global, matrixed organizations. Strong
financial acumen with prior P&L accountability. Excellent
communication and influencing skills, with the presence and
credibility to represent VCLS externally. Entrepreneurial mindset
with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. Advanced degree
in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related discipline; MBA
