Job Details Scope of Responsibilities: Leading by example, living the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of our company Achieving resident & client satisfaction by striving to ensure every resident interaction is positive Respectfully coaching and mentoring team members when the RSM is not present Attend team/client meetings when necessary Assist with administrative duties. Work order management. Team/ new hire training. Coordinate resident needs and requests, package logistics, reservations, service orders, etc. Special project assignments when needed. Understanding of physical asset design, operations and/or building systems is very helpful. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in customer service management, hospitality, or retail industries Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with industry software, apps, and computer programs Interested in hearing more?
