competitive advantage.Snowflake's Sales Operations organization is
seeking a Field Operations Manager to support our US Public Sector
sales team. In this role, you will own the operational cadence for
US Public Sector, driving forecasting, pipeline health, and
business reviews to support Snowflake's hyper-growth. You will
partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to define,
execute, and scale Snowflake's strategic priorities.This role
requires you to lead key Sales Operations projects, including
annual business planning, territory optimization, and quota
management. You will deliver insightful analyses and actionable
recommendations that influence sales strategy, resource allocation,
and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Senior Director of AMS
Field Operations, you will play a pivotal role in scaling processes
and infrastructure to support a high growth trajectory in Snowflake
US Public Sector business.The ideal candidate brings strategic
planning, deep analytics skills, financial acumen, and creative
problem-solving to manage complexity in a rapidly evolving
go-to-market environment. By aligning operational execution with
Snowflake's business goals, you will help shape the future of
Public Sector operations at Snowflake.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Sales Partnership: Act as the operational lead for
sales leaders, providing actionable insights to optimize pipeline
coverage, territory design, and quota allocation as the business
scales.
- Drive Forecast Accuracy: Own the forecasting process, ensuring
alignment between sales and finance, identifying risks, and driving
actions to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Optimize Processes for Scale: Identify and eliminate
inefficiencies in workflows, implement scalable processes, and lead
automation initiatives to free up capacity for high-impact
activities.
- Enable Revenue Growth: Build and maintain dashboards and
reports to provide real-time visibility into key metrics, enabling
data-driven decision-making and accountability.
- Lead Territory & Quota Scaling: Manage the territory planning
and quota-setting process for rapid team expansion, ensuring
equitable coverage and governance for new hires and
transitions.
- Execute Cross-Functional Projects: Partner with marketing,
finance, and product teams to drive initiatives that align with
rapid business growth, such as new sales programs or tool
rollouts.
- Scale Operational Excellence: Act as the escalation point for
critical operational issues, driving resolutions and ensuring
alignment with Snowflake's broader strategy.
- Prepare for Growth: Lead initiatives that scale forecasting,
reporting, and resource allocation systems to meet the demands of a
rapidly growing business segment.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement,
or revenue operations with exposure to sales teams and SaaS
go-to-market models.
- Strong understanding of sales support roles, business metrics,
and growth best practices.
- Proven ability to structure complex problems, derive insights
from data, and communicate with senior leadership and
cross-functional teams.
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills, with experience
in SFDC reporting, SQL, and familiarity with BI tools (e.g.,
Tableau).
- Ability to thrive in an evolving environment, manage multiple
deadlines, and demonstrate a strong work ethic while focusing on
customer and business needs.
- Bachelor's degree. MBA a plus. Public Sector Experience

represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $155,000 -
$221,300.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in
Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.The successful candidate's
starting salary will be determined based on permissible,
non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and
geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive
package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and
disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending &
