• Building and managing a team of experienced Product Managers
• Leading the delivery of a new Product line from scratch.
• Overseeing deployment, documentation, training, support for the product line.
• Developing Product Strategy and architecture for Vault Commercial Basics
• Partnering with Sales to assist them build their pipeline
• Working with early adopters of the software to ensure they are successful
• Defining and championing a cross product vision and roadmap.
• Working with product teams across Veeva to understand direction and needs for customer successRequirements
  • Excellent communication, project management and leadership skills
  • Proven experience managing product managers
  • Proven ability to define and structure complex product offerings
  • Background in professional services
  • 10+ years of experience in product management
  • 3+ years in a management position with direct reports
  • Strong technical aptitude (understanding complex software and data models)
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions, particularly in areas like commercial operations, sales enablement, or customer engagement platforms.Nice to Have

        • Base pay: $150,000 - $225,000
        • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
