Position Details:
Title: Client Solutions Manager
Location: Orleans, MA (can live either in southern greater Boston
area or anywhere in Cape Cod area)
Shift: M-F 8a-5p / Hybrid opportunity w/ at least 3 days in
office
Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 + Commission & Profit Sharing = 1st
yr W2 - $125K+
Travel: Will mostly consist within the cape cod and greater Boston
area but could potentially grow into neighboring states
Position Description: The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) will drive
sales by establishing trusted advisor relationships with clients
and delivering comprehensive ecological solutions to clients. The
CSM works with many external and internal stakeholders to envision
and create opportunities for the company to accomplish its mission
of restore the integrity and biodiversity of the unique natural
ecosystems throughout New England. Our Sales team makes a
difference in the lives of our customers, colleagues, and the
environment.
--- Develops and scopes new initiatives and projects, develops
proposals, conducts presentations, and performs other activities
related to selling and delivering company services.
--- Collaborates with Project Managers and contributes information
for project estimates and proposals prepared by estimating staff.
Regularly updates the Management Team regarding coastal project
information (e.g., scope, timeframe, budget), proposal development,
status updates, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.
--- Identifies business leads with existing and potential customers
through continuous interaction across our expanding environmental
network.
--- Proactively seeks out, thoughtfully targets and initiates
contact with prospective customers to assess potential leads.
--- Influences and promotes the expansion or establishment of
business opportunities through partnering relationships with
potential customers and coordinated efforts with other company
service offerings.
Requirements:
The best candidates will have a bachelor's degree and prior sales
experience with solid client support practices. Knowledge with
local environmental regulations and policies is preferred but that
portion can be learned on the job. This position is being created
to help increase sales within the region but also with the desire
to expand into the greater New England area. Candidates must have
the communication and teamwork skills necessary to work internally
with project teams but also externally developing current and new
clients.
