sorters, crossbelt systems, palletizing automation, and AMR/AGV
applications, with the ability to understand system-of-systems
level interactions across material handling equipment, robotics,
and facility infrastructure. You'll need strong technical
problem-solving abilities, excellent project management skills, the
capacity to drive solution requirements to product teams, and the
ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders
at all levels in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment. The
Solutions Design Team is responsible for translating business

implementation, understanding system-of-systems interactions across
robotics, MHE, and facility infrastructure. • Define solution
requirements and drive them to product teams, ensuring alignment
between business objectives and technical capabilities. •
Collaborate with global stakeholders through all design phases from
initial design and systems integration through construction and
startup. • Work with product management and systems engineering to
develop next-generation features that enhance solution performance.
