more secure world. Integrated Air & Missile Defense Systems (IAMDS)
department is seeking a Systems Engineer II. IAMDS leads all
aspects of Systems Engineering that drive the development of
complex systems to support the Raytheon Land and Air Defense
Systems (LADS) mission area from our Tewksbury MA, and Andover MA
locations. The IAMDS department supports Raytheon by cultivating a
world-class group of systems thinkers who work together as a team
to architect technical solutions to some of the world’s toughest
challenges This position is onsite in Tewksbury or Andover MA. What
You will Do: - You will be responsible for concept and requirements
development, including decomposition and flow-down - You will be
responsible for concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and
design - You will be responsible for algorithm optimization,
research and development; trade studies to bring new, advanced
features to fielded system - You will be responsible for functional
analysis of real world and test data - You will be responsible for
multi-disciplinary development efforts across the kill-chain for an
Air and Missile Defense System - You will collaborate with customer
to bring new capabilities to the warfighter Qualifications You Must
Have: - Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of prior relevant
experience - Ability to obtain security clearance. U.S. citizenship
is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance. Qualifications We Prefer: - Experience of radar systems
(for example - PATRIOT, LTAMDS, AN/TPY-2 and others) - Experience
with both broad, large-scale data analysis and focused root-cause
analysis - Experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning
- Experience with design of system level architecture - Experience
with signal processing techniques, system control - Experience of
Electronic Warfare/Electronic Attack/Electronic Protection
Techniques - Experience interfacing with external customers -
Experience across the product development life cycle - Excellent
communications skills, verbal and written, with technical, customer
and senior leadership audiences - Familiarity with MATLAB, DOORS,

working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes

the development of our products. The salary range for this role is
66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith
estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers
