Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
provide services at an elementary school in Cambridge, MA. This
role focuses on supporting students communication development
through direct therapy and collaboration with educators and
families. Ideal candidates will be skilled in pediatric
speech-language services and comfortable implementing both
in-person and teletherapy sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver
evidence-based speech and language therapy services to
elementary-age students - Conduct evaluations and develop
individualized treatment plans - Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and support staff to monitor progress and adapt
interventions - Utilize teletherapy techniques as needed to ensure
continuity of care - Document therapy sessions and maintain
compliance with school and state regulations Preferred
Qualifications: - Certification and licensure as a Speech-Language
Pathologist - Experience working with pediatric populations in
school settings - Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or
ability to fulfill CFY requirements within the role - Proficiency
in teletherapy methods tailored to pediatric care - Strong
communication and teamwork skills in a school environment Location:
Cambridge, Massachusetts Duration: Contract position for the
