Head Women's Volleyball Coach
The OpportunityLesley University is seeking a Women's Volleyball
Head Coach. Under the supervision of the Director of Athletics,
Women's Volleyball Head Coach will lead the operations, management,
coaching and cultivation of a competitive and successful Division
III program while fostering an environment that contributes towards
a positive student-athlete experience. Lesley University is an NCAA
Division III institution and a member of the North Atlantic
Conference (NAC) with 14 varsity programs, and over 150
athletes.The Head Coach will lead the planning, management, and
coordination of all aspects of the volleyball program, including
the oversite and hiring of Assistant Coaches. Responsibilities
include organizing practices, supporting all relevant recruitment
and fundraising activities, and overseeing the academic success of
student-athletes. They will maintain proper and appropriate
discipline among students during athletic contests, practice
sessions, and while off campus.The Head Coach must comply with all
policies established by federal and state laws, Lesley University,
North Atlantic Conference (NAC) and the National Collegiate
Athletic Association (NCAA Division III) policies and procedures.
