About the Position LSI15959 Requirements Education: GED or High
School Diploma required; vocational or technical training in an
accredited program preferred. Certification: COA, COT, or COMT
certification by JCAHPO required. Experience: Minimum 1 year of
ophthalmic assisting experience.
