Job Description Job Description Residential HVAC/R Technician & Installer Location: Newton, MA Area Full-Time | $45-50/hr Overtime Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-Hour Shifts Escape underpaid, overworked gigs. We're hiring experienced Residential HVAC/R Techs & Installers for diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installs. Key Responsibilities Diagnose/troubleshoot/repair/install residential HVAC/R systems to industry standards. Explain options/recommendations clearly to customers. Maintain stocked, organized service vehicle. Join meetings, training, and service updates. Qualifications 5 years residential HVAC/R experience (install/maintenance/service). Strong troubleshooting; read wiring diagrams/blueprints/schematics. Skilled in brazing, soldering, HVAC/R practices. Valid driver's license; clean record. EPA cert (required); refrigeration license (preferred). Professional, reliable, customer-focused.
