With a strong pipeline of multifamily, commercial, and institutional work-and a new headquarters opening in Weymouth in summer of 2025-this is an exciting time to join a company on the rise. *Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application* Description The Superintendent is responsible for: Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff daily Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site at all times Monitor project schedules and work with the project team to address delays or changes Conduct regular site meetings and collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Owners Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate construction execution Identify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving efficiently Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations Manage and document daily reports, inspections, and site logs using Procore Foster a positive job site environment that reflects company values and professionalism Profile The right candidate will have: Multifamily Superintendent experience with a GC (5 years) Experience building ground-up / renovation Multi-family projects valued at $20M Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting commercial construction plans, drawings, and specifications Good written and communication skills Skilled at negotiation and conflict resolution Familiarity with construction/project management Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) CPR/First Aid Certified 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification 30-Hour OSHA (preferred) Must have MA CSL Job Offer The Superintendent will receive: Base salary up to $150K Competitive benefits Company truck provided!
