$7,500 Sign on Bonus Clean Harbors Kingston, MA is looking for a Diesel Vehicle Mechanic Apprentice to join their safety conscious team! This position will be responsible for assisting experienced mechanics in the building and fabrication of Vacuum Trucks. Why work for Clean Harbors? Speak with a recruiter today to learn more RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner. Assist senior mechanics as needed and directed. Perform warehouse duties as directed. Perform preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on company vehicles and equipment. Complete daily checklist as required Maintain facility via housekeeping duties Performs other duties and tasks assigned by management that will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business. QUALIFICATIONS What does it take to work for Clean Harbors? High School diploma with career technical education. Secondary Trade school preferred Ability to work in a team environment 1 years prior experience working on heavy duty-trucks and equipment. Must provide own basic tools Related mechanical certifications preferred (not required) Ability to pass a background, drug, and physical test upon hire 40-years of sustainability in action.
