Essential Role as Maintenance Associate / Service Valet We are
looking for an energetic and detail-oriented team player to join
the professional ranks at Copeland Toyota. As a Dealership
Maintenance Associate / Service Valet , you will play an essential
part in our daily success. This rewarding role is critical for two
primary functions: first, ensuring our facility and lot maintain a
professional, welcoming appearance; and second, supporting our
Service Department by facilitating vehicle flow and providing
hands-on customer service support. This is an exciting opportunity
to learn the business from the ground up! Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of the dealership lot, removing debris and
trash daily. Monitor and tidy common areas, including customer
waiting areas. Report any maintenance issues (plumbing, lighting,
etc.) promptly to management. Assist with light facility upkeep
tasks as needed. Drive vehicles to and from service areas and lot
as needed. Assist with vehicle flow within dealership as service
tickets are generated. Shuttle vehicles and customers on/off
premises when needed. Maintain organization of customer vehicles in
the service lot. Help with light cleaning responsibilities around
the dealership. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license required.
Must speak english Must be 18 years old. High attention to detail
and commitment to cleanliness. At least 1 year of work experience
preferred. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Reliable transportation and punctuality. Team player, energetic,
motivated, and hard-working. Must be willing to submit to a
background check & drug screen prior to employment. Previous
experience in janitorial or facility maintenance preferred but not
required. Schedule & Pay: Full-time or part-time options available.
