Job Description:

TRC is seeking an Office Administrator to be responsible for assisting with general office duties and tasks associated with the Weymouth, Massachusetts office operations. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, assisting with the following:

  • Filing
  • Answering Telephones
  • Copying
  • Mailing
  • On Line Mobile Database auditing and web-based report generation.

    Requirements:
    • Associates Degree Required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred
    • Must have 2-5 years of office administrative experience.
    • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Willingness to be a Team Player
