Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Responsibilities Performs a
variety of loan servicing activities related to commercial,
residential and consumer loans in accordance with department
policies and procedures Provides prompt and courteous service to
customers, attorneys, insurance agents, auditors, bank examiners
other professionals and internal staff Responds to customer
inquiries and researches and resolves issues in a timely manner
Prepares regular and confirmatory discharges and related
correspondence for paid real estate loans to attorneys and/or
borrowers Processes transactions such as payments, advances,
general ledger entries, daily loan file maintenance entries;
calculates and quotes payoffs, and monitors hazard/flood insurance
and/or real estate taxes Ensures vehicle titles are perfected and
research any exceptions with RMV Maintains thorough knowledge and
understanding of Bank policies, procedures, and guidelines Compiles
and prepares reports as requested by Supervisor/Department head
Supports Loan Servicing Team members as warranted by volume and
exception situations Performs other duties, tasks and special
projects as required, assigned or directed by Supervisor/Department
head Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication
skills Strong knowledge of computer software applications,
Microsoft Word and Excel and ability to adapt and learn new
computer systems and applications Strong attention to detail,
organized and customer service orientated Ability to work
independently on multiple assignments with accuracy Team player
with a positive attitude who is eager to learn and grow within the
department Previous banking, business and/or customer service
