Job Description:

Our client, a well-established healthcare organization located in Cambridge, is seeking a Patient Services Representative to temporarily join their team. This is a full-time, on-site role with working hours from either 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. It is compensating $22 an hour. Responsibilities: Greet patients and verify insurance and demographic information Collect copayments and reconcile payments accurately Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits across departments Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and patient inquiries Assist clinicians with patient communication and prescription follow-ups Maintain accurate records and assist with billing and insurance questions Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and mail processing Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required At least 2 years of customer service or administrative experience (healthcare preferred) Excellent communication and multitasking skills Strong organizational and math abilities Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes a plus Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
