At Waltham, weare seeking a Sales Operations & Administrative Specialist. This role will be responsible for assisting our field sales teams in business development and revenue growth while participating in the coordination of local and regionally based sales initiatives. This position will be based out ofPembroke, MA.We are seeking someone who has provided support in a sales-oriented environment, with a high degree of Microsoft Excel proficiency including the ability to create spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables. This is not just data-entry but would require the ability to report, create, and manipulate sales data efficiently and accurately. Here are some details on the day to day responsibilities of this opportunity: Sales Support

  • Support and enhance CRM tools, develop/produce reports, provide training and support
  • Direct engagement of sales teams with relevant industry associations and research opportunities and partnerships
  • Participate in and support sales meetings
  • Manage government, private and 3rd party procurement and contracts
  • Maintain third-party compliance (local, state and federal agencies) and vendor status relationships
  • Produce and administer RFI and RFP bids,
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, etc.
  • Compile sales data for management reporting Administrative Support
    • Report and analyze customer contacts, data, sales commissions
    • Assist with administration and development of company Intranet site
    • Manage key customer master list
    • Customer Service support and problem-solving
