Accountant and Advisory Senior, you will be responsible for:
Managing a client portfolio from bookkeeping to year-end closing,
including bank reconciliation, closing journal entries, P&L
analysis, and supporting schedules. Creating timely and accurate
accounting reports in monthly, quarterly, or annual basis Detecting
inaccuracies and investigating account discrepancies Proposing
recommendations to optimize accounting systems and procedures
Managing intercompany reconciliation Participating in consolidation
process Supporting Junior team’s collaborators Requirements And the
required competencies are: Completion of at least a bachelor’s
degree in accounting or finance. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of
experience in accounting within an accounting firm. Strong
technical accounting skills, with expertise in bookkeeping, bank
reconciliations, journal entries, and P&L analysis. Proficiency
in financial reporting, with the ability to produce accurate
monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Sharp analytical skills to
detect inaccuracies and investigate account discrepancies.
Problem-solving abilities to propose recommendations for optimizing
accounting systems and procedures. Knowledge of intercompany
reconciliation and managing transactions between entities.
Experience in financial consolidation processes for accurate
statement preparation. Leadership and mentoring capabilities to
support and guide junior team members. Meticulous attention to
detail, ensuring compliance and precision in all tasks. Proficiency
in multitasking while maintaining high efficiency without
compromising quality. Excellent time management skills to
prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. Strong
communication skills to effectively articulate complex accounting
