Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Framingham, Massachusetts. This role is centered around month-end accounting support and demands a strong understanding of financial processes and reporting. Responsibilities: • Manage month-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial processes. • Prepare and post journal entries to maintain the integrity of the general ledger. • Perform account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Collaborate with team members to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. • Assist in audits by preparing and organizing necessary documentation. • Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper classification and recording. • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting department. • Proven experience in month-end close processes and general ledger management. • Strong proficiency in preparing and posting journal entries. • Expertise in account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies. • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
