Job Details What You’ll Do Lead and support Transaction Services engagements, including: •Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis (buy-side and sell-side) •Financial due diligence and modeling •Historical accounting clean-up for transactions •Serving as a client liaison during the transaction process Collaborate with and train Associates while contributing to firm operations. Engage in business development to expand the firm’s client base. What You Bring Experience: 2–7 years in Transaction Services (or TAS) prior audit experience preferred. Credentials: CPA license highly preferred. Background: Big 4 experience (or similar caliber firms) valued but not required.
