Our goal at OCHS is to employ those who (1) always meet or exceed OCHS standards; and (2) care enough to ensure that whatever they do, they do well.Essential FunctionsAssists the Controller with the daily, monthly, and year-end operations of the Accounting/Finance Department.Financial RecordsProcess and record daily cash receipts in deposit log and process remote deposits to the bank.Prepare and record journal entries as needed.Ability to run reports and analyze financial data for reporting.NetRXUpdate NetRX system and subsequent pharmacy cash receipts schedule.GrantsBacks up grant accountant on grant related activities.Year-End AuditAssists in Preparing year-end audit reconciliations and schedules.
